Refund Policy

We accept refund/ resent in these cases:

– Damaged item.
– Wrong item.
– Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered).
– Item has not arrived within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for the international orders.

Please mail us the unboxing video and pictures of the products with your Order ID number to [email protected] (no more than 10 days from the receipt date) and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. A replacement will take time like normal orders (3 business days for processing and 5–10 days for delivery).

In case of damage, you should inform us within 24-48 hrs of receiving your parcel. We don’t accept in case of any damage without unboxing video proof.

We do not accept refund/resent in these cases:
– The customer chooses the wrong size.
– The package was missing due to the wrong shipping address provided.
– Customer does not like the item material.
– Customers change the order/ shipping address after the product has been processed and shipped out.
– Customer returns the product without noticing our customer services team.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST – proof to deal with damage cases.
We deliver only the best products to our customers & our staff carefully checked before packing, so no need to worry. But to make sure the worst-case scenario doesn’t happen to your order, please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us.

– The video should be captured from the start of opening the parcel.
– The video will not be accepted when it’s paused or edited.
– The video should be shot in clear lighting.
– Shipping label & Damage part should be shown in the video.

WRONG SIZE ORDER

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 5 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ORDER
We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, incorrect product. Thankfully, it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item, and the QR code attached to the package of the affected items. Please contact us by email at and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reship or a refund.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 7 – 10 days processing) after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our mail [email protected] for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE IT

If a package falls into this category, Our reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Customized items are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned, changed, or refunded after the order has been placed. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return.

The product runs true to the size chart. But sometimes there will be a slight difference in the size of the jersey (1-2 inches). We recommend ordering one size larger than you normally wear for a looser fit or up to two sizes if you plan on layering underneath the jersey. If the actual measurements do not match the size chart, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve by basing on the size chart. If it was our fault, we will reship to you another one or refund.

The actual item’s color may be slightly different from the picture shown due to the device monitors are not calibrated the same or the lighting when the picture was taken. So we cannot support this case. Thanks for your kindly understanding.

REFUND FAQ

How long will the refund take?

It depends on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

What if that account and/or card has been canceled?

You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.

Can the refund be sent to a different card or account?

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you.
